Eric has worked for more than 20 years as an attorney, both as an inside counsel and a shareholder in a private law firm. This broad experience enables him to consider complex matters from both a business and legal perspective. As Senior Legal Counsel at GE Capital, Eric provided legal oversight for Capital Markets Syndications, a business unit that, over a ten-year period, produced more than $16 billion in volume. Eric has expertise across an extensive array of industries, including construction, motor vehicles, aircraft, marine, rail, and technology. A frequent speaker and subcommittee Chairman at the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (ELFA), Eric strives to maintain wide-ranging and thorough industry knowledge. Fluent in both Russian and Polish, Eric pioneered the first full-year undergraduate exchange in the Soviet Union and was awarded a Fulbright scholarship to study at The University of Warsaw. He received his B.A. from Trinity College and his J.D. from Emory University.
